The Gates of Ahn'Qiraj
The Gates of Ahn'Qiraj will house two massive, unique dungeons -- the Ruins of Ahn'Qiraj, a 20-man raid dungeon, and the Temple of Ahn'Qiraj, a 40-man raid dungeon. As players delve deeper into the mysteries of Ahn'Qiraj, they will discover revelations of the Silithid infestation and their shadowy masters, the Qiraji. Players will have to complete a world event of massive proportions before they can open the Gates of Ahn'Qiraj on their realm.
***During the public test of Ahn'Qiraj, the world event to open the gates will be accelerated to allow testing of the dungeon content.***
Linked Auction Houses
Players will now be able to buy and sell goods with greater effectiveness using the Linked Auction House system. Auction Houses in Orgrimmar, Undercity, and Thunder Bluff will now share the same pool of Horde player-created auctions, and Alliance players will find the same to be true when visiting Ironforge, Stormwind City, and Darnassus Auction Houses. This system has been expanded to support the neutral Auction Houses as well. Tanaris, Everlook, and Booty Bay will all be linked for players of both factions to access. In addition, the "Looking for Group" and "Trade" channels have been unified among the corresponding cities, meaning, for example, that you can trade your goods or look for groups in Ironforge while in Stormwind.

Sit-outs - new rule.

Since rotations sound better in theory than in practice, and people don't like being rotated, I've decided to implement one commonly used rule - sit-outs. Here goes:
If a player didn't make it to a raid, he still has the option of being a substitute for the raid. He must contact the officer in charge (currently Csharp) and inform him that he wants to be a substitute for the raid. It's called sitting-out.
Substitutes must abide the following rules:
1. They must be ready and in Kargath at the beginning of invite time, and stay in Kargath till the beginning of the raid. They must be in Ventrilo, and they must join the following channel: #OSsubs. Csharp will also join this channel.
2. They must stay online until DKP officer or raid leader informs them the raid is over. They must respond if DKP officer or raid leader calls them in #OSsubs channel.
3. During the raid they can do what they want and go where they want, but they must be bound in Kargath (that means having a home in the Kargath inn) and ready to join the raid if someone leaves.
4. At the end of the raid all substitutes will get 8 DKP, or if they actually joined the raid at some point, they get being on time bonus + hours bonus for the duration of the raid.
Additional explanations:
- during a sit-out substitutes are encouraged (but it's up to them) to do something useful for the guild - farm essences, dark iron, etc.
- being a substitute is really simple, but if you fail to follow the above rules you will not get your 8 DKP.
